I blend Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques with gentle Mindfulness practices to help explain how thoughts, feelings, physical responses and actions are all linked. We learn how to calm the nervous system and how to notice thinking patterns and habits that may be keeping us feeling stuck in life. Confidence grows when we understand more about how our brain and body works. We become empowered to make more informed choices as we develop greater self awareness which not only helps us but also our relationships with others.
