If a loved one has died, a relationship has ended or you are navigating change such as a house move, an empty nest or retirement, your feelings matter.

Even though grief is a natural response to loss and we all experience it at some time in our lives, each one of us will experience our own uniquely personal journey. Having personal lived experience of grief and loss following the death of both my parents, the sudden end of my 24 year marriage and my children moving out of the family home, I blend practical,

trauma-informed tools with my own compassionate coaching style. In this calm, nurturing space you can take your time to find your feet again.

The 6 week programme uses techniques grounded in psychology and neuroscience. As the weeks progress, you will be supported on your recovery journey and learn ways in which to manage complex emotions such as anger, guilt and sorrow.

The programme is designed to help support the following:

* Unexpected loss

* Complicated grief & guilt

* Supporting children through grief

* Loss before or after birth

* Finding identity, meaning & purpose

* Approaching anniversaries, birthdays and emotional triggers.

As a result you will get to:

* Regain emotional balance and strength.

* Foster inner peace and promote healing by moving from resistance to acceptance (this doesn’t mean it’s okay, it means we are accepting what is, even though we don’t like it or want it).

* Begin finding moments of joy and meaning despite being in the midst of grief.

* Safely process your thoughts, feelings and emotions.

* Regain confidence in daily life.

* Feel listened to, validated and supported.
