Together, we agree a goal to focus on and each week we will take gentle supported steps by practicing helpful and healthy tools and techniques.

I offer guidance that’s both professional and personal — grounded in the nitty-gritty of real life and rooted in science-backed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT) techniques.
